Our business customers can avail of high-quality I.T. services that include networking, server and desktop support, solution design and deployment. Our support is delivered by trained engineers and our clients can log calls and track them till resolution on our online helpdesk ticket system. Projects can be managed through our online project management solution so our clients know at what stage each of the activities we undertake for them is at any time.

For the consumer we can provide hardware and software products, we can clean viruses and help with wireless networks in the home.

We can also deliver comprehensive data recovery services to all our clients as well as offering over 40,000 items for sale in our online store.

New Helpdesk System

We are continually striving to work more effectively to enable us to deliver a good quality service to our clients while keeping costs under control. To help us with this we are pleased to announce that we have introduced an online helpdesk ticket system for our business clients.

This ticket system can be accessed by logging on to our website using the login module to the bottom right of the home page. Access to this system is restricted, to apply please just us the form in the “contact us” section of the website.

The ticket system provides a mechanism where our clients can log and track calls. The system will notify the client or Flesk I.T. engineer within minutes should either party change the ticket or create a new request. In the future the system allows us to tailor the actions of the helpdesk system to reflect SLA agreements between Flesk I.T. and our Clients.

This online tool joins our other online services such as the remote support solution and project management system that enable us to deliver our services to you in the most efficient and cost-effective manner saving you both time and money.

 
Web Server Upgrade

Our website has grown much busier over recent months so we have moved it all to a brand new server. This means that the store should be much more responsive and not prone to the drastic slow downs our previous server experienced during the last few months of its existence!

We have used the server upgrade to work on the site a little bit so while on the surface nothing much has changed we have included some functionality that will make new features easier to bring online in the future. In addition, we now have well over 37,000 items within the store and more will be added shortly.

Remember, if it isn't in the store just contact us, we have access to a wider range of products than we can realistically publish online so the chances are we can source your requirements.
