We are continually striving to work more effectively to enable us to deliver a good quality service to our clients while keeping costs under control. To help us with this we are pleased to announce that we have introduced an online helpdesk ticket system for our business clients.
This ticket system can be accessed by logging on to our website using the login module to the bottom right of the home page. Access to this system is restricted, to apply please just us the form in the “contact us” section of the website.
The ticket system provides a mechanism where our clients can log and track calls. The system will notify the client or Flesk I.T. engineer within minutes should either party change the ticket or create a new request. In the future the system allows us to tailor the actions of the helpdesk system to reflect SLA agreements between Flesk I.T. and our Clients.
This online tool joins our other online services such as the remote support solution and project management system that enable us to deliver our services to you in the most efficient and cost-effective manner saving you both time and money.
