Flesk I.T. Remote Support Node

Flesk I.T. clients are used to our pay-as-you-go service offerings but at others require a more proactive approach to I.T. Support.

For these clients we offer our Support Node. This PC-Based device is attached to your network and is loaded with network management software that constantly monitors the important devices and services that make up the back-office infrastructure. Should a problem occur or starts to develop the node sends out alerts to Flesk I.T. engineers who can check on the problem and organise any solutions with the client.

In addition, the node acts as a remote support gateway to allow Flesk I.T. engineers to support many different client machines without opening up a whole range of ports on the external firewall. To work, the device needs access to a SMTP mail server and needs a single, secured remote management port open on the client's Firewall.

Clients who take advantage of this support node automatically qualify for our tier 2 hourly rate pricing.

Cost of the service is €1,250 ex VAT for the first year and €750 per annum every subsequent year.
